I started have an allergic reaction to a specific scent and took the product into the store to exchange it for a different scent. I have had this happen in the past and I have been able to just go exchange it. I was told today that they cannot do that for me in store and to call the customer care line. Disappointing as I wasted my gas going to the mall but whatever I will just call customer care. I call customer care and they tell me because I purchased it a little before 90 days ago that there is nothing they can do for me. I spent over 30 minutes of my time on the phone giving them my personal information, including my medical information like allergies and medications I am taking. So I have now wasted not only going to the store but the additional tome it took to give them my informatio

Hollie is an incredible person at Bath and Body. Made me and my friends feel right at home and kept us smiling our whole trip. I recommend going on Friday evenings to get the full Hollie experience. (Forgive me if I messed up the name)

Great place to stock up on little hand sanitizer and lotion, especially during the sales.

I love not only B&BW in general, but especially this store location. The employees are always very friendly, helpful, and personable. As for the products, nearly all of the scents are superb. Some of my favorite scents for hand soaps include Warm Vanilla Sugar and Sunshine and Lemons. They also have good product variety which I appreciate very much. They have hand soap, body wash, lotions, perfumes, candles, and more. They also offer sales and deals very often, which is very convenient for those who aren’t fans of high prices like me 😅. Great store overall!
