New line of Men's Products are awesome. Rather your looking for an outdoorsy type, beach vibe, or deep rich Whiskey notes. They have it. Store is very clean. Staff and management is amazing help..

purchased the special bag of goodies on black Friday. I wasnt going to buy it because i don't like the scent. The sales associate told me if i bought it i could return the products and exchange them for a different scent. I took my sales receipt and unopened products to my local store. They refused to exchange the products. They only wanted to give me the refund of $40. I can't repurchase the products for $40. I explained to the manager what the sales associate told me. She rudely refused my exchange. I called the corporate office. This store is not following bath & body exchange policy. I will be shopping in Springfield for now on. DO BETTER JACKSONVILLE.
Very friendly workers, candles smell amazing and last a while. Great selection of perfumes and colognes, but be prepared to reapply throughout the day as it doesn't stick long. Tends to be pricey.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
