OMGosh! What a wonderful experience I had today. I snuck in just under the wire... right before they closed. The 4 sales associates were very kind and were great at offering to assist me. When I went to check out, I was overwhelmed with how much money that Haley and Laura were able to save me on my massive purchase. It was sale night so I stocked up on skincare for both men and ladies, as well as their wallflower scents. I ended up saving over 60% on my total order, I actually saved more than I paid for! :-) I just cannot get over how over the top both Haley and Laura were in making sure that I got the best deals possible, they really put their knowledge to work for me! I had a bad experience today, I used a reward and bought a soap dispenser, I wanted a nut cracker but online showed not available so I picked another one. The support told me if I see it in store they can adjust it for me and pay any difference. The store associate was like you will lose the full reward and seemed very unhelpful. I would not go to this location ever again. Redmond is so much nicer staff and manager. Always trying to help ! Here I always miss that customer service touch.

The store staff seemed really unfriendly and rude. I went to pickup a free gift for the coupon I received. I asked about it to a store girl. She gave me a cold strange stare and couldn’t even say or hi or how can I help. She just kept staring me straight until I asked her my question. Best to avoid this location.

Those fragrances! I feel so grateful to be able to enjoy each season with a new aroma. The employees are really good about asking your preferences to direct you to what you may like. This visit I wanted only earthy or rich scents, and I found them. Also love popping in here to stock up on small gifts I can have on hand for any occasion. Note: This store is in a large shopping complex with many other stores, but the signage is good, so it's easy to find. Plenty of parking nearby. Flat, level parking area.

Went up to the counter where there were zero customers and two clerks available. One clerk asked me to please get in the “actual” line, so “no one would cut in front of me.” Who are these imaginary people who were going to cut the line? I laughed and moved two feet to the left. Then, she was able to help me. Ridiculous.
