I come here all the time Ariel at the front was amazing and so was another girl but I didn’t catch her name but the girl who checked me out Brittany the cashier was not. Her attitude from the moment each guest came to her was very much she didn’t want to be up there and cold. First interaction was to enter my phone number , I let her know I was a rewards member but the number I signed up with was a old number could we do my email, she didn’t acknowledge at all. The whole interaction was cold and I’ve never came to this location and dealt with that. I did buy a lot of items over 15 of the big sprays so body wash and some sprays for my sons. I noticed the bag was over filled so I asked her for one more so the little bag wouldn’t break and I wouldn’t mind paying for a second one if I need too

The store employees are usually pretty friendly and helpful. My issue is this, I went in Saturday and it was pretty packed but the items I wanted were FULLY stocked and had been on sale a few days. Sale ended Sunday. I didn’t feel like shopping through the rush so I left and placed an online order later that evening for pick up the next day. The app said all items were available and I didn’t see an issue since I had been there the evening before and it again was more than enough of my items. Sunday morning I get a notification my whole order was canceled. It said all 9 items were out of stock. I found that so hard to believe. I called customer service to see exactly what happen and they called the store and confirmed it was cancelled due to being out of stock. So not even 1 of my 9 items w

This brand makes products amazingly appealing. Every item is inviting. Fragrances are enticing. The staff is eager to help and answer questions. It's like the Apple visual designers met with fragrance creators and produced the look and inviting language.

Cashiers just aren’t friendly. No smile, no thank u. I spent my hard earned money and was using my lunch break to shop there. I’ll just return to the one in Denton as that location always has a friendly staff working.

I just went for the 3 wick 9.99 deal and the chubby hispanic lady laughed because I didn’t understand the deal instead of explaining how the deal is and the black lady that’s short was also in a weird attitude with me. Customer service is horrible and it shouldn’t be like that how do they want clients if they will treat us like that.
