I was here around 3:30 PM and waiting in line to check out. There were three cashiers assisting customers. One of them, a short Black girl with glasses, was very uninviting and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was supposed to be next in line, but when I approached the register, she told me I wasn't next and instead called another female customer who was behind me. On top of that, her tone was extremely disrespectful. Overall, it was terrible customer service and a very uncomfortable experience.

I had a terrible experience with a cashier named Darlisha (wearing a white face mask on 11/10) at the pg mall. I picked up my online order of 13 refillables and 3 plugins, but the items were placed in small bags that looked like they were about to tear. When I asked to switch to a larger bag, she dumped everything upside down instead of placing them carefully. I mentioned that the bottles could break, and she rudely replied that the bag costs 10 cents. I said I would’ve paid if you had informed me beforehand, she replied with attitude saying you should have done that. Whatttt this is crazy!

It is a excellent place to find the most delightful fragrances, the prices are reasonable, am very happy, also they always renew the fragrances, so it is a good surprises that you get, when get to the store, and the customers service is very pleasant too.

Had a fun time shopping at Bath & Body Works. Great deals and great prices definitely made my experience here wonderful.
