Bath & Body Works

Everyone that I have dealt with know the products well. They are patient with the customer. Its a very busy place. Hopefully the staff is appreciated by corporate. That's the ONLY way to keep employees Addendum March 1st, 2025 Thanks to Phoenix and Jackie. Phoenix helped me every step of the way. Phoenix is always attentive, she walks up to the customers!!! Jackie is the same, she's attentive and kind. I love going to this particular Bath and Body for that reason. Thanks Phoenix and Jackie!!! Kim D

My spouse and I made a quick trip to this store 15 minutes before it closed. I had planned to quickly grab one thing. Then a kind member of the staff explained a promotion the store was having and encouraged us to shop around. She was very informative and enthusiastic. Shopping for one thing ended up with us leaving with 6 items. The cashier was just as lovely and quite funny. A great shopping experience with a fun, informative, and patient staff.

Hyannis, MA store is very enticing, and the scent of their products is amazing! Very very happy they have changed products to contain healthier ingredients! However, their products have doubled in price and although they have “buy 3, get one free,” it’s hardly a good deal at $83 for body lotion, dry shampoo and body spritz! LOWER YOUR PRICES!

This store was AWFUL! The new return policy does not take effect until September 14th! I wanted to do an even exchange with candles and the MANAGER and some associates were extremely rude and disrespectful towards me! By shoving a paper into my face to a women so rudely spoken to me. Even when I called customer service they agreed with me that I should have got an even exchange!!! NEVER COMING BACK!! i don’t recommend anyone coming here not unless you want to keep your dignity And not be so humiliated! There’s plenty of other bath and body works no need to waste your time and MONEY to come to this one.

I probably won't come back to bath and body works I don't like how the ladies pressure you into buying more things then you wanted to buy. On 7/29 I came in to just buy the new fall scents of hand soaps and I only wanted to buy 3 and the ladies convinced me to get me 5 and i didn't want 5 soaps and everytime time I come in here they do that
