Employee was very sweet and helpful. Although I do feel that their prices are extremely high.

Staff here were over the top helpful. I went in with a nebulous request for items and they worked with me to suggest and find the gifts. They wrapped them too! Appreciated the help, knowledge and the items!

Waited in line for 15 minutes and was third in line (with 5 people behind me). Only one cashier and she left her register to get the customer more items. DO NOT upsell at checkout when there are other people waiting to give you money!

Beautiful selection of scents. Great customer service and wide variety of lotions, sprays, candles, etc

So glad they got out of the Arnot mall. This is a much better location. So many helpful and friendly employees & great products. So why would they get such a low rating.... Meet Kelli. The opposite of customer service. She's big. She's insanely loud. Shes rude. She wear pretentious glasses. She's clearly unhappy working here. She makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable while you try to shop. She's everything you would never want to represent your company and she's 100% the reason I will now buy my products online.
