Many thanks for Yanni and Gabby for a fun and informative shopping experience. So much has changed with BBWorks that I was unaware of. It’s crucial for the associates to provide details before a purchase is completed and these two ladies certainly provided that curiosity. Yanni and Gabby thank you both again and may your careers continue to grow further.

Yesterday, we drove out to Hollywood on business and stopped by the mall on Sheridan St. We saw Bath & Body Works and remembered that we needed more candles. They had a good selection of candles as well as pump hand soap. Lots of sales going on inside! We were greeted once we entered the store, but after that, no one helped us. I think they need to hire an extra person. There were a lot of ladies shopping yesterday. Once we found everything we needed and decided on scents, we had to stand in a long line to check out. They need more help at this store. The cashier was going as fast as she could. Parking was right in front of the store with wheelchair accessiblability. The store was well organized and clean.

I walked in and was quickly greeted by a young gentleman. He then told me of what promotions they had to offer. I then asked him if he had Champagne Toast shower gel. Luckily, he had one left. I grabbed that one plus the lotion and spray and headed to the casher. She was also very friendly and checked me out.

Had a coupon to get a free full sized care item no more than 16.95. Prices have gone up... not many options... but I'm not going to complain over a free item.
