I was shopping this weekend for some Christmas gift for my girlfriend, had no idea where to start. when i walked in i was greeted by Jesus who was super nice and asked how he could help. i told what i was there for and he walked me through the store helping me put together a gift. all while helping me & some other customers talk about a multi-tasker. he definitely made my shopping experience fast and easy. i encourage anyone to shop with him if you don’t know where to start.

Hate that B&B Works is carrying more of their watered down foam soap and not the regular soap. The body creams in the 8 oz. Tubes break down and are not creamy after only a few months. Candles are too expensive, don't burn to the end, and at the end of the burn, do not give off any more scent. I don't know how the company has a five star rating. I would encourage potential customers to read other ratings instead of the company's rating. I'm going back to buying Yankee Candles. The only thing I might buy is the body butter in a jar. But my dermatologist said it is better to use Cetaphil and skip the perfumes which are drying due to the alcohol content.

Girl with the piercings on her face hates her job had a lot to say for me asking for her to double a bag of 10 soaps her answer was I cant double when you have a stuffed bag Well then can I just get a 2nd bag I'll do it myself and her response I can't give bags 🫣 so your lazy and you don't want to help cool so I asked someone else and she helped and the girl with 100 piercings that helped wants to roll her eyes and talk under her breathe maybe you shouldn't have a job like this I mean you don't look presentable for 1 so not sure how you keep it! SMH won't have my business no more!

This place is cool, but today the lines were really long and only had 1 cashier opened and some weird guy named Jesus was supposed to go help out in cashier and rolled his eyes with a attitude, I did heard him talk to one of his managers that he was “tired & doesn’t like cashier” If you don’t like to be a team player or doing your JOB don’t work there dude or taking care of customers , why work there ?
