Bath & Body Works

I went into the store on Sept 29th to purchase some colognes for my husband. My 6 yo needed to use the bathroom while we were in the store. She asked one store attendant that proudly announced they had no public bathroom. I thought I could check out the items and find a bathroom but while checking out my daughter was dancing around and really had to go. I asked the cashier again and she said they had no public bathroom. I left, they lost the sale for $150. Now as a customer service professional. When it comes to customers the rules can be bent! It was a child for crying out loud! If we were only browsing around then maybe would not allow her to cuz I might not have been supporting the business but i was spending money there! No sense of humanity! No sense of customer service. Just inhumane

I go here too much that it's honestly concerning! I love the sales they have, it's always worth it, especially if you have the app!!

How sad I was this evening when I entered your store to redeem my 3 free items in my account only to find out EVERYTHING I picked out is now excluded from the free item choice. So the way I understood it is that now only the trash you can’t get rid of is free. I love your candles and accessories and spend a lot of money to get them but surely am done spending hard on money to buy them only to have the trash, hard to sell as an incentive to buy more. Do better Bath and Body Works.

Nice selection of items. They have the single wick candles on sale right now for $8. Employees are very nice 🙂 the ones I brought were 3 wick candles $25.50 each.
