UPDATE: I went in store on another day hoping to still get the 11.95 credit and the employee at the register didn’t even blink and exchanged my candle 1-for-1 no questions asked. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔 Original review: I tried to exchange a “never before used” candle (#1) for another scent (#2) and was told they could give me 11.95 credit toward purchasing #2. I mentioned that I’ve never had a problem exchanging one for one previously and she said oh well I can give you 11.95 towards this other candle. It’s ridiculous to me since I purchased the #1 candle less than a month ago and purchased an additional #2 at the same time/same price; however now they want to give me half credit and have me pay the difference. No thanks! I will definitely go to another location and ask about the 100% customer satisfa

My partner and I came in November 28th and we were READY to look for snowflakes and cashmere.. when we were greeted and welcomed by BECCA! She was absolutely awesome, held a great conversation with us.. and got that buy 3 get 4 free! Definitely a go to location now!

I was actually very impressed with this location especially its addition of the “white barn”. This store was one of the most spacious bath and body works i’ve seen actually, the interior design was beautiful as always, although there service wasn’t too great, i lowkey feel like the manager liked to boss people around, she was like talking on the coms it was funny anyways, i enjoyed it and was glad they had a lot of coupons to offer here!

There was so many different fragrance going on in this establishment. Today I couldn't hardly breathe and it was causing me to have a headache. The lady that waited on me was extremely nice and I asked a question but I couldn't stay for her to find out the answer Cause I couldn't breathe. I had to leave. I have some lung issues from being exposed to black mold In my apartment in the last 6 months...

Never will I ever return to this location! There is an old woman who works there and obviously has a problem with racism. When I attempted to complain to the manager she stood there and lied about what had just happened by turning the situation around. I couldn’t believe it.
