Bath & Body Works

This store is pretty small but has great deals. Came in to get wallflowers and ended up buying a lot more as they had 75% off on some item. I also had a $10 off, 20% and a free body cream. All of these products for $40.

B&BW employees have always been so welcoming and accommodating, until today. Today's visit was the only bad experience I've had after all these years. First of all, I had to wait for the manager for about 20 minutes because she was "with a new hire." When she finally came out of the back, I could tell that she didn't want to help me and just wanted to get rid of me. She didn't listen to my concern/request, she was thinking about what she was going to say to me, without understanding what I was saying. She actually argued with me about something she thought I said. I can't remember a manager ever arguing with me about anything. Anyway, I told her that I was not going to argue with her anymore. She refunded my money, and I left. I will never shop there again as long as she works t

Very friendly staff and always a clean and organized store with plenty of options I have been shopping at this location for years and will continue too

Went to buy candles. Lots of options. Good sales. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I asked what looked to be the manager where if they had any additional white barn soaps anywhere and she vaguely gestured to the soap wall and didn't say a word to me. I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. Disappointed and definitely not buying anything.
