Let me start off by saying this today I was so humiliated and embarrassed!!!!!! this lady Denise Followed my mother, kids and I The whole time we were in the store from the time we walked in to the time we left I never had this experience something for her to be a manager she needs more training Denise everyone that looks like me is not a Criminal and everyone that look like you are not innocent Can’t even do Christmas shopping without being racially profiled smh bath & body works do better

Ordered items for Pickup at the store in the Eastgate Power Center on Marks St. in Henderson. One of the items wasn’t available and the Manager Tiffany (who is very pleasant) made sure that I had an item similar to the one that was unavailable. She also made sure that I didn’t have to wait in line after she found the perfect scent for me. This was by far the best Customer Service Experience in my 5 years of shopping there. Thank You Tiffany! Also, Thank You Elio for the Great Customer Service! Elio is Great As Well! ❤️

Denise should not be a manager she has a horrible attitude. She told me she was too busy to pull up my order to see what day my order would be put back and there is nothing she could do. She follows ppl of color around the store even tho she is following ppl who make more than her. I will be calling corporate but avoid this store if u can

Terrible customer service from the older lady with the white hair. I was looking for a specific item and when I went to the register I asked her because they only had one person on the floor who appeared to be busy with another customer. She seemed annoyed and said "just so you know, during holiday season you need to ask whoever is working on the floor. I am too busy up here and I'm helping everybody." I didnt know you couldnt ask for help at the register??.. Mind you there were only two other customers in the store besides me and no one else was checking out at the register. It made me super uncomfortable like I was a burden for asking. Sheesh.
