Good store, nice products. Decently friendly employees. Way over priced but I look at it as I don't HAVE to buy something there if I don't like it. Decent experience.

They are so harassing in this store. I buy this brand on a regular basis and like the products. But when I walk into the store, they interrupt me reading a bottle to say hello, I say hi back, I just go to start reading the bottle again, and get interrupted again for them to harass me about becoming a rewards member, then try again and another one comes up to try again and interrupts, then they don't understand why I'm annoyed. I don't want to be attacked, I want to shop. I'm not going to spend money if I can't have 30 sec to look at a product and smell it and decide if I want it. Its aggravating to go into this specific store. There are better ways of going about things. I ended up walking out after the 3rd interruption and not buying anything because I was so annoyed. Always love going there. They have pretty good deals for reward members. Their staff is welcoming & kind.

Customer service lacking walk past several workers didn't get a hello ask for an item all we have is what's out. Didn't even attempt to look. Talked amongst themselves.

I went to rocky mount first looking for a specific candle and they were sold out. I bought a candle with a similar smell but looked and saw online that henderson had the candle i wanted. i drove over an hour. Candle wasn’t burned or even opened yet. I walk in and tell them i wanted to exchange a candle and never have I been treated so rudely. Grabbed the candle like i was horrible for wanting to do that. handed it to me and i said thank you and no response. Then i walk away and can hear them talking about how “im just trying not to buy anything” Im not a person to burn a candle and then return it for something else. Just wanted a simple exchange. should have just bought it online like i was going to do. didn’t think anyone at b&bw would act like that. that’s a first
