Bath & Body Works

Just spent about 20 minutes in this beautiful store. All the merchandise seemed well organized, and the displays were clean with sample sticks clearly visible. My problem is that I am about out of my body wash. I wanted to ask if there was any way of ordering it or if they had a similar fragrance. The clerk or manager seemed involved in a very important conversation about customer service and completely ignored me. By the time she called out to me, I was no longer feeling it and had decided to leave. I decided that the products at other stores are just as good and probably less expensive. Also, all the other retailers I saw today seemed to value my presence in their store.

I have always loved BB&W, regardless of the prices. We went in after going to see a movie. I wanted to buy some Christmas scented goodies to finish preparing for what was supposed to be my son coming home for Holiday leave in the Army. We entered the store the same time as an older couple. And normally they have greeters at the BB&W stores. All 3 greeters went tlstraihht to the older couple ( dressed in their Sunday best). and completely ignored us, no one came to see if we needed help, or said hi, nothing. There was no chatting about our seasonal selections. Now I have been a loyal BB&W shopper for over 20 years and have been to many of their stores(thank you Army). We finally found what we wanted, went tp pay and their girl at the register looked like she was channeling her inner Scro

The prices were great..they were having a sale go on. The employees are usually pretty decent, friendly, but the young lady that was at the register that day was absolutely great! Down to earth, helpful, friendly, and made small talk. Experiences like that when I go shopping make impressions & definitely influence my future decisions where I shop

Staff are very friendly and welcoming!! Love all the new scents especially the winter stuff they have. Totally love just browsing on some days just to get out of the house

Have visited this establishment several times, they always have a very large selection as well as. Employees are always helpful and check out is always fairly quick. Always have AMAZING deals going on and even have clearance items at times! Only down fall I have ever ever ever had is the vents on the ceiling looks really gross with dust bunnies collected thick on the vents and surrounding tiles. Also the wash sink generally has mold or some color stains of some form on the grout. Aside from that it's a lovely store
