Terrible customer service. Purchased online and picked up in store. They cancelled an item I purchased with a coupon. I understand it was out of stock but they would not replace with another scent…told me I needed to call customer care. Customer care told me it was a store issue. I would’ve overlooked it had the sales lady been helpful in the least little bit. She was rude and unconcerned and more interested in getting back to chatting with a coworker than helping solve the issue. So frustrating.

Bath and Body Works hand soaps, candles, room sprays and plug-ins are staples in my home. Their scents are amazing!

They were out of the spray for one I really wanted n they didn't have the small eucalyptus candle. Other wise ok I guess because this was my only opp to visit the store before my coupon expires

Today was the $4.95 sale for all body care products. Naturally, the store was packed before they closed, with a line intertwined through aisles up to the entrance. I love the products, but what keeps me coming in the store is the excellent customer service. I don’t know the name of the employee that helped me. My receipt says 3945011. She has long blonde hair with tree tattoos on her forearm. She had a great attitude despite all of the customers and what I imagine was a long day. Will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service! I walked in and needed help finding a candle for my fiancé. One lady helped me find the candle and Geneice at the cash register went over and beyond at the register! I asked Geneice for a gift bag and she went over and beyond my request and put bow ties and plastic bags on the candles I purchased. On top of all that, I came in at the last minute like 3 minutes before closing so that means a lot!
