December 2025, Peninsula Town Center Bath and Body Works store in Hampton, Virginia. I stopped in to pick up a paid order which should have been a quick task. Upon entering I saw nothing providing direction as to where orders were to be picked up so I made my way to the back of the store and the register. I passed five employees, none of which offered a greeting or assistance. I stepped in line behind the only other customer in the store who was finishing up her purchase. There were two employees behind the counter, one helping the other customer, the second talking on her cell phone. When the call was finished the employee turned and walked into the store room. In love with all the stores they have. I enjoy the buy 2 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 half off deals. Everytime I walk past one of these stores it's like a I can't resist going in. Running low on my lotion so it is time for another run in. The store is sort of spacious and the employees are always extra friendly

This was a miss😳 shelves empty. Couldn’t find a lot of products I was looking for. To be in a more upscale shopping area I expected so much more. Very disappointed with this trip.
