I wanted to like this bath and body works so bad but the whole experience i just got makes it so unlikeable i will be going back to the one on rt 1. I called in because they have my pick up order which they refunded i ordered 12/12 and let them know i was coming today to pick up they stated they lnly hold for 6 days including the one day i ordered which is understandable but the problem is they have some workers saying 5 and they are laughing on the phone and passing the phone around. 0 Phone etiquette at all and its just not a place SERVICE wise i would consider.
Great store! I have been here a few times since they opened and have always had an excellent experience. Friendly associates and large selection!
Friendly associates who always answer any questions I have, and the store is very organized. Loved the recent sales.
