Well organized B&BW store. Great inventory and deals, friendly staff and wasn't too busy on a Saturday. Great stop to make for candles

Always well stocked, organized, super clean, and always smells so enchanting. The staff is always friendly and polite. They greet you (at least when I go in there)everytime you enter the store.

This store is truly the best! They have an amazing staff. Michael, I believe is the store manager has turned the store around from what it was. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also have the biggest selection, compared to other locations, and are rarely busy. I always choose to shop at this location!

Was just in the store. My wife asked about an expired coupon from 6 AM this morning. The guy in the store was absolutely rude and condescending stating, “well, you had plenty of time to use it?.” Really? Maybe-maybe not. Do you know others work schedules? Are you open IN THE STORE 24 hours? No! People like him should NOT be working around the public. I walked out and left my wife in the store because I didn’t want to be rude and undress his attitude in the store. My wife was speaking with the manager, not him anyway. This was the outlet location in Hagerstown, MD.

This location seemed to be larger and better stocked than some of the other local stores. Polite staff avaliable to help and assist.
