Love the hand soap offered. Coupons for items really make their products reasonable.

The atmosphere was smelling of different scents. You could smell some cinnamon, little vanilla, and fresh scent. They had a great selection of lotion, body wash, soaps, candles, etc. I bought three candles, six lotions, and ten body washes. They also have different fragrance of hand sanitizer. They have reasonable prices and you can get items on sale such as buy three and get three free.

This establishment has a wonderful staff on hand as well as phenomenal prices and inventory. Truly the customer service couldn't be any better. I was assisted by several people who greeted me kindly, yet were not overbearing and trying to push sales. I got what I went in there for and am already happy with my purchase as well. The establishment was clean and well put together and had beautiful displays that were both effective and pleasing to look at. I highly recommend bath and body works.

Usually when a store says they close at 8:00 p.m. that's when they close. But undoubtedly that's not the case with this store. I can't remember the exact date but it was the day of their big candle sale I showed up at 7:53 p.m. and was not allowed to go in the store I was turned away as well as several other people that came in behind me. I work in retail myself and my store closes at 5:30 p.m. if I have a customer that shows up at 5:29 p.m. they come in. They're treated just like if they had showed up any other time today. But the reason I was late on the day of the candle sale it's because I had been sitting in the emergency room with my mother for about three and a half hours because she was in the hospital visiting my brother and as she was leaving she fell in the hospital.
