The managers at this location are phenomenal and care about the customers.

I don't usually have extra many to spend perfume, but when i do i love going into our shop in Greeneville. Not only is it in a good spot , it also has alot of parking. Those are just the bonuses, the best part is the people and the deals! The employee's are all so welcoming , helpful and kind. They help you find your perfect sent and get good deals with it ! I cant say id go anywhere else❤

I’ve been shopping at Bath and Body stores for probably 15 years now. I’m very familiar with their products. I usually always go into the store to shop when I know exactly what I want to get. Otherwise I just do in store pickup. Today I was borderline harassed by one of the employees. She kept trying to force different products on me and tell me what I should by. Then she proceeded to try and “entertain” my kids who were already being very well behaved because they had a big pep talk from me and my husband before we entered the store. This employee made it super difficult for me to get the items I came in the store for. She made me feel very flustered. I think someone needs to teach the employees only to help when they are asked. Great location. Always clean and well stocked. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dakota, in particular, is always a pure joy to be around. He always has me laughing and he always has great enthusiasm for the products.

Phenomenal location! Everyone that I interacted with seemed very nice and helpful. Shout out to Alina who helped me pick out a new cologne and also recommended beard care products (which are awesome). Go see them ASAP
