Bath & Body Works

This is my favorite B&BW location not only because of its convenient location but also because the staff is second to none! They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy. I swear I have come close to forming great friendships here or at least that's how they make you feel when chatting and completing your purchases. It feels less transactional and more like a quick meet-up with your BFF where you discuss your commonalities. They are well-stocked and what's not to love!? Keep up the great work and thanks for making what could be a mundane task of soap and candle shopping that much funner!!

Boy do I love the smell of this store everytime I walk in. Had some coupons so I picked up a few things. Then I found the most delicious smelling candle. I just had to buy it.

Surprisingly the far better location in town. The store itself is way more spread out with room to get around, it's less crowded, well kept and still has great inventory. The manager was assisting me and was very bubbly and friendly with a lot of great recommendations. I also overheard a conversation between her and a new staff member, really appreciating her performance! I almost wanted to apply for a job myself based on the visit!

I like this brand, but I didn't like the sales consultants, because they forced me to buy something extra. Using their classic promotion, they forced me to buy more, although, in fact, this promotion was already working (buy 3,get 3 for free), as a result, I bought an extra 4th item ... I was not against buying more later, but without deception
