Bath & Body Works

I went into Bath and Body Works to holiday shop for the ladies in my life. I was pleasantly greeted by employees, but what I was most appreciative of was this lady named Sheri! She was so knowledgeable about the scents, and patient with my indecision! I ended up buying a few different sets to gift. I’m glad Sheri worked with me from beginning to end. She was AWESOME!

I am grounded from going here without my husband😁 I love everything in this store! Pam and Cindy are fabulous at their jobs!! Wish this location would expand with the whiteboard like they have on other shopping malls, but this is the reason I go to our mall.

Sheri was extremely rude and unhelpful. Today was my birthday and she had stipulations on what I could use my birthday coupon on. I was told sale items wouldn’t work but then she used it on a 50% off lip gloss. I was the only one left in the store waiting to check out and she thought organizing was more important. I spend a lot of money here and I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

Pam is the absolute best! The excitement I get from speaking with her about BBW products is incredible. She is so passionate about fragrances, she loves to share insight and help customers find new scents they can fall in love with. She is kind, genuinely warm-hearted, and so attentive. She is by far my most favorite BBW representative and is the reason I will be a customer for life! Thank you Pam for being a bright light and a beautiful representation of excellent customer service at BBW, you are truly appreciated!

I've loved shopping here ever since I was a kid. The first body spray I remember getting was Sweet Pea and I'm delighted that they still carry it because it is such a nostalgic scent to me. I always love the deals they offer too especially when it comes to the candles. I got three of their holiday scents recently and love them all so much. I'm looking forward to going back in for the new year's sale too. I know I can always look forward to more great finds.
