Bath & Body Works

This place usually is nice for letting you know what the deals are and greeting you! They are always clean and organized but the one in the mall they tend to overstaff and have way too many people in your space and pushing things. Around every corner or more is someone trying to sell you something and as I don't mind people's suggestions..sometimes especially with a store full of smells I know what I'm going for and don't want someone constantly ambushing me. I tend to go to the east beltline location or suck up shopping online. It's just hard because all the new smells constantly you want to actually go and smell them.

Terrible at holding themselves responsible. I went in paid for my purchase, there system froze up. Does not say it was paid for. No product for me and I now have to dispute with my bank regarding the charges. They only offered me a 20% coupon for my troubles. Will never step in one of the stored again or use one of their products.

The ladies who works there are rude and disrespectful in all aspects. I went there today anround 7:00pm and spent $200. I asked a simple question to one of the “employees” and she was so rude! One of the girls was at the door and when my friends and I walked out they gave us a dirty look!! very disappointed, that’s my favorite store for body fragrance and lotions, but they seriously need to do something about their employees behavior because we don’t go there to shop for free we spent our money there and the least thing they can do is gave the customer a fake smile and try to be polite PERIOD!! Love the store, but they need to work with their people for real!!!

I couldn't tell you the last time I rated a store for the sole reason of calling out a horrible employee. My wife had a free coupon so we ended up walking the whole store. The entire time we were in there this woman would not stop making the most patronizing comments to her coworkers. I swear she had to be the manager because there is no way she'd get away with that otherwise. Noticeably bad behavior from a grown adult, in public, in a 'uniform'.

Why are there never enough cashiers but always way too many people working on the floor? I have to tell multiple people that I don't need help picking out my soap, but then I have to wait in line to check out.
