I purchased scent plug ins and they had no instructions to warn me about over heating. The plug ins have damaged my floors, walls, baseboards and counters. I am out money for the 7 plug ins and I am also forced to take a store credit for unused scents. I will no longer give them business.

I visited this store to apply a 25% discount on a purchase I had forgotten to apply on Saturday evening. My husband initially tried to return the items at the Burleson location, but because I paid using Google Pay, they required my phone for the refund. I didn’t want the gift card option, so today we decided to drive to Granbury, which is closer, with the tags of my purchased items. Unfortunately, the teen who identified herself as the manager on duty denied my return, stating she needed to see the physical items. We even offered to buy the same products again to apply the discount and then return the items with the full-priced receipt, but she declined that as well, insisting that company policy required a receipt and that it was a different day for the return, despite me having the rece

Been to this store many times & always receive great customer service. However, today I met team member Shannon & let me tell you ~ earth angel. Made my day. Took extra time to help me, explain my points, & was just such a genuine person. Blessed me so much more than she’ll ever know!!

I’m so glad our town got one of these stores! The location is perfect and the staff was nice. Julie was amazing from the second I walked in. She told me about the sales going on and even got me a basket once she saw my hands were full. I’m on treatment for an illness that causes me to get dizzy/nauseous and while shopping I went to sit outside for a quick minute and Julie asked my husband if I was alright and even brought me a water to make me feel better. You just don’t get that kind of attentiveness or compassion these days, and hers was sincere. The only recommendation I have is perhaps some coffee beans to help kind of “reset” your nose between smelling all of the scents.

Shannon was absolutely amazing! Me and my sisters and my mom got so many deals today! Definitely will be back !!!! She’s awesome
