Customer satisfaction INDEED! I wanted to exchange a few wallflower refills that I had previously purchased because I wasn’t satisfied with the scents. I was worried that there was going to be trouble with the exchange since 2 of my bottles were missing their tags (whoops on my end) but Aaron -I hope I spelled that right- was able to make it work for me, thankfully! He even spent his time and energy to ensure that I was able to receive the discounted price for the exchange since they were having a sale, and he did it with such patience and kindness. In the end, I was able to walk away with the scents I wanted and with some money back into my pocket thanks to Aaron’s efforts. WOW!! The best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Brittney M. went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift set for my christmas list! It can be super overwhelming with all the scents and lotions to find the perfect combo but Brittney was up for the task! Her recommendations and ideas were spot on and conveyed the mood I was going for! Some people on my list were wanting relaxation while others are younger and wanted more fun and fruity scents! She got me covered all the way through! I'll be back for all my gift purchases from now on and ask for Brittney, you won't go anywhere else!

Erika is outstanding! She really put customer service #1. She was so sweet and also quick to listen to my needs. She was very knowledgeable to what the store had to offer and knew what scents had the notes I was looking for. I haven’t been to a bath and body works in years but I will 100% be back due to my amazing experience as well as the lovely scents!
