Bath & Body Works

Stopped by this location today to check out their Halloween and the Villains collection. I grabbed a few body and skin care items since they were buy three get three free. I love to use them as gifts and the holidays are coming up soon!

I know it's busy with the holidays. But a little politeness goes a long way. Waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up an online order only to be told to go to white barn next door. I asked if they had a sign so people wouldn't wait in line ( the lake pleasant bbw has you wait in line and that is my usual pick up) and was told there's a huge sign outside white barn to let you know to pick up orders there. The sign they were referring to a 8*11 sheet of paper on the register at the back of the store. Just frustrated with the unkindness I was met with today. I went it on Saturday 11/1 around 6 pm to get some lotions.I nicely asked the cashier if the buy 2 get one free sale was applied to my purchase and she had an attitude with me. When she finished ringing me up she left the receipt on my bag and turned her back on me and did not say “have a great day” or a single word. The cashier was a Caucasian girl and extremely rude . The other employees were really friendly. Not coming back again due to this rude cashier!

There's so much variety of colors and scents here, and I love that! So much to choose from in terms of bath products and lotions. The employees were very welcoming and helpful too. The store is well-organized and it was easy to get around. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

This bath and Bodyworks store is located inside arrowhead Towne Center. The store is always clean and very well organized. They always have samples of each fragrance lotion so that you can try it on before you buy it. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Melissa spent quite a few minutes with me helping me find a fragrance that wasn’t too overwhelming for me. Definitely recommend this store!
