worst store manager ever!!!! I had a big problem with two of my candles, and I’ve been a customer for the last 20 years.! contacted customer service they said I can exchange them at the nearest BBW, store manager at Marley Station Mall refused to exchange my candles for newer, candles, as my wicks did not burn at all. I literally buy candles like twice a month online.( I also worked at the company for 12 years as a manager) Called customer service again, they resolved the issues and they sent me 2 new candles by mail. Btw, the staff was very nice and welcoming, but not the store manager. (Thank you customer service online for a quick issue resolved)!

The employees behind the register were absolutely miserable and customer service was horrible. Never going back here just because of the costumer service.

The store has an okay selection, but customer service isn’t good at all!!! I walked in and was not greeted . There were 4 associates working 2 behind the counter and 2 on the floor . Not a good look at all. I instantly walked right back out.

Jo-Ann, Michael and the other associates were so very helpful. I was a first time customer and they helped me immensely. Great service and loads of workers kept it moving on the big super two day sale.

Will not be shopping at this location or with the brand ever again. Today was the worst service I have received. I was ignored while standing at the online pick up area as the 2 employees were busy talking to each other. Finally they get my order and my order was not complete and when I questioned it I was told I only ordered 1 item or the item was out of stock. I told the 2 employees I ordered 2 items and the second is not out of stock as it's sitting on the shelf behind them. I was then told I had attitude or tone as they are questioning me about the validity of my order. I literally showed the order to them and they still want to question me. I called customer service and made a formal complaint.
