Bath & Body Works

I just went to this Bath & Body Works for the first time since it’s been opened. Let me say those employees were very kind! Immediately, as my mom and I went in, there was one employee who greeted us and asked if we needed help. As we were looking around, sniffing all of the scents, I found one I really liked which was called Into the Night. I saw the body butter of it, but there was only one which was the test one. I asked an employee who her name was Crystal and asked her if they had anymore in stock. When she looked, I mean she really looked. She checked most of the drawers and even asked the other employees if there was anymore in stock. Unfortunately, there was none left, but she pointed out another scent similar to the one I was getting which was A Toast to You. She was such a kind-

I visited on Thursday 11.13.25. A lovely, clean little store where I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was very nice and helpful. So many great deals and you should definitely sign up for the rewards!. I can't wait to return. So glad they are in Glassboro. Thanks for the amazing customer experience. 😊

Placed an online order for store pickup and had to wait in a long line of people checking out to pick up my order at the register. Every other B&BW has a pickup spot and you don't have to wait in line. If I wanted to wait in a long line at Christmas time, I would've shopped in store.

Crystal helped me pick 2 sets for a birthday gift. Took advantage of the Buy 3 get 3 deal. She was very attentive, smile on her face. Interaction was effortless!

The absolute best bath and body works i’ve been too!! All the staff working tonight 12/12/2025 was the nicest and most helpful!! They all deserve a raise 1000/10 service!!
