I did an online order pick up for a few items, but most importantly a perfume. Picked it up last night, and when I opened it this morning there was NOTHING in the box. So, either someone didn’t check the box before bagging it, or an employee stole it. I got ahold of corporate and they were able to issue a refund which is nice, but now I have to order it online and wait for shipping.

I'm so sorry if I misspell her name but Emoni was absolutely amazing! I came in the store yesterday and my online coupon wasn't working so she called customer service and she was on the phone for 30min if not longer trying to find a solution for me. In the end it got worked out, but I'm so grateful for her and her patience. She didn't make me feel bad at all about the situation and was so dedicated to helping me get my discount. She's the very best!!! I appreciate her so so much.

Imani and Carrie were very sweet and helpful! Store is very clean and organized with a large selection. I come here fairly frequently and have never had any issues :) My favorite scents I recommend are Iced Lemon Pound Cake (it is seasonal so get it while you can,) Snowflake Cashmere (also seasonal,) and my newly discovered favorite is Fiji White Sands!

It’s a great place to get the gifts for yourself as well as for your friends and family! We came here to get some items for white elephant last week and they were on a great discount deal! Zillions of scented soap and hand sanitizer as well as lotions! We enjoyed the shopping for sure! Keep up the good service! Cheers 🥂

I was barely in the door, taking a photo of a lovely display up front and center, when a super friendly, upbeat gentleman greeted me warmly and said, "We knew you were coming to take that picture so we arranged that and fixed it up especially for you!" He had me smiling and excited to be there from the get-go! He told me I'd come at just the right time, and proceeded to let me know of a very special sale they had on, and then asked if I was looking for something in particular today. I told him I was actually there to purchase a gift card for a friend's birthday, but that I really wanted to browse around a bit first.
