I’m so glad that this location is open!!! I used to go to the one (in Arundel Mills 👎🏾) this location is clean , organized and MOST of ALL ( if you want to get my dollars 💵) PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL employees I haven’t ran across not one employee that wasn’t willing or not knowledgeable of sales or products and that means a lot with the rise in cost of everything. One employee that I love running into is Thomas he is always upbeat with great conversation and recommendations . Quiet Monday, literally only customer in store… No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. There are many new scents and I love when the experts in scents could tell me about them. I walked the store multiple times. Register experience was fine, a lady told me to have a nice day but I was there to spend money and left with just two items.

I was so excited when this BBW location opened. It's literally 5 minutes away from me. The staff is so friendly and always available to assist. The staff always gives me the run down on what's new, the current sales, and what's to come. It's like going to hang out with friends, learn about the newness and get some giggles. The store is always clean and very organized. I'm always greeted upon entrance and throughout the store. Ms. Makayla is such a gem. She's very knowledgeable and has such a bright personality. I really enjoy her presence in the store. I met her at the Bowie location and followed her over to Waugh Chapel location. That's saying something! I always enjoy going into the store, but the staff makes the trip worth it for me. I recommend you visit however, keep in mind the stor

When I walked in today around 2:00, a very nice man welcomed me at the door. He asked why I was in today and I told him I needed new candles. He excitedly told me they were 10$ off today and asked what scents I liked. I told him I was sad Christmas was over because those scents are my favorite. He very quickly took me to the "Hummingbird Tea Cake" candle. It was exactly what I Was looking for! My entire living room smells like Christmas again. Thank you!! I wish I had gotten his name to thank him more personally. Great, knowledgeable employee. Thank you! Update: Upon calling to tell the store manager how great of a job this employee was doing, I found out he was the store manager, Thomas. Thank you again, Thomas!
