Positive : Today I visited here to my pick up online order, placed during their weekend sale One of the best things about Bath and Body Works is the quality of their products. From body I bought body lotions , shower gels and simmer mist . How ever the product are soo excellent but during sale we can use it to stock up for year too. I would like to appreciate the staff In the billing counter MYA! politeness good at handling customers with friendly mode . Which gave me the thought of often visiting this branch . Thanks yo bath and body works . I recommend every one to use the sale for good pricing.

I really wish I hadn’t bought anything and had just walked out after the first few minutes. The store was empty, and only one worker was helping a man with multiple items. I was looking around with my son for hand soap, and after about 10 minutes a girl with blonde/brown hair walked around texting. We made eye contact, but she didn’t greet us or ask if we needed help. Another ten minutes went by, and she started following me and my child, pretending to stock items but still not offering any assistance. Then, just a couple of minutes later, a couple walked in who — let’s just say — “looked like her.” She immediately greeted them warmly and offered to help. She even checked us out to pay and she just seemed a little annoyed. Even my son noticed. The difference in treatment was unbelievable.

I made a last minute stop this evening I am so happy I did because I was met with top personalized customer service by MYA she went above by making wonderful suggestions and was so kind and attentive. Thank you Mya !

This is one of my favorite stores. I have purchased in store and online, and both experiences were excellent. The luxury collection of body mists is a must. You'll have a wide range of options to make your favorite combos (like pairing the fragances with the same scent in your moisturizer and body wash). Also, explore the men collection of fragances. Most of men colognes worth every cent. If you don't want to miss their best offers, sales, and huge discounts, I highly recommend creating an online account and accepting receiving their emails with great news every week. My favorite store is near Crownn in Gaithersburg,MD... and it is always well organized and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
