In love automatically when I walk in the store. The staff has their makeup done in theme, friendly and not pushy.

Love to walk in here, smells so good. Staff was friendly and they are making sure everyone sanitizes hands before waking in. They have one way in and one way out. When you walk in you get a shopping bag handed to you - this way you just handle your bag. Once you check out your items are put in same bag. Just don’t know why it comes up as The White Barn Candle Co. and not Bath and Body Works.

The team was every helpful and efficient. They made sure that everyone in the store could get help if needed. I broke a massage oil item and the team immediately blocked off the area and cleaned the mess. I appreciated how they made sure that it was cleaned quickly and no one had to worry about the glass.

Racist employees. A couple of friends and I decided to end our shopping trip to meet up at Bath and Body Works. My queer Hispanic friend and I (Hispanic) walked in first and we were stared at the whole time we walked in by the two blonde haired employees who were just talking. I think they were greeters I’m not sure. Our friends walked in a minute after we did and they were immediately greeted and were told of a sale. We didn’t care at first but then I noticed how POC would come in and not once being greeted or told of a sale. My friends and I noticed it and one of them wanted to talk to management but chose not to. But how come when white customers would come in she lady with the Karen haircut would greet them and tell them about a sale. I didn’t buy anything after seeing this first hand

Lots of wonderful scents but overall, things are just overpriced! Great when you have coupons or promotions. Love the peach set. Friendly and helpful staff.
