Visited right after Black Friday and found great deals. Store smelled amazing and was well organized. Staff was helpful, but one cashier (forgot his name) was a bit rude. Overall still a good experience.

My experience was great! My mahogany/coconut was shattered by impact of the other candle . Candle was replaced & of course I picked up.a few more great things. Cute/Sturdy soap holder. & candle holder. Excellent customer service ! Appreciate you Sophia & all staff helping .

Pretty fancy and dynamic mood with energetic and friendly staffs. Very clean and well organized items plus a lot test opportunities to try. However unit price label is very small and tricky to find out with fine texts. I still highly recommend anybody who wants to experience good products.

Had an amazing experience at this location! Shoutout to Rep Jay who took the time to inform us of ongoing discounts and helped me decide which soap scent/design to choose from. It was an overwhelming choice but they gladly took the time to go over options with us! Left happy with my new soaps!!

Greeted, told of specials, found 2 items and then checkout problems. Started with putting wrong number in and requested to start over with the barcode on app, worker insisted with resistance "no it will work," and scan does not work as we see in the receipt. A new account was made for a number we have no control over. We called back, low and behold the one who cashed/ignored our request answers. We logically ask what they can do to make a right. She said "call customer support." You put us in the situation and said basically "you deal with it." 2/14/26 4:58pm Fascinating.
