Madison was AMAZING!!!! She made everything so easy. I came in with a coupon that wasn't working online though I had never redeemed it. I even messaged customer service, and they confirmed, not used. I showed her the messages with customer service, She worked her magic and made it work instantly. Thank you so much.You were amazing.You made this trip so much better than I was expecting.

Getting some smell good stuff, did hav a issue at register= try 2 charge us more than sell, did get it resolved, love the barnyard honeysuckle smells close 2 the wild honeysuckle they had years ago

I needed assistance with a time sensitive in-store order mishap and Cameron came to my rescue! He is very attentive, kind, was totally calm, even had me laughing, all while helping me resolve a problem I caused. Much appreciated Cameron, you are SO AWESOME!

They confirmed that an item of mine that I left in store was there but when I went to get it a few days later they suddenly "couldn't find it" but told me they would "call me back" when they did. No calls. They obviously let an employee take it home.
