Michael and Shirley did a fantastic job helping me, they made sure that my regular receipt and gift receipt printed, and Michael wrapped with the gift wrap for the first time, but it looked like he had done it about 100 times, they were very friendly and helped me get into the Christmas spirit. The smells are free in this place. When we walked in, there were no customers. The staff was diverse to serve all patrons. We didn't purchase anything but we enjoyed the high energy of the staff, prices, and store layout. Good location in the mall.

Crystal is an amazing manager! The whole team is very friendly and kind. They helped me cancel my order and choose new products without any hassle. They truly have a great team spirit and know how to treat customers with care and charisma. I will definitely be coming back! Shoppers beware ! Sheryl the manager is super rude . We were buying something and she took (snatched) it from my young daughter and said we weren’t allowed to buy it . I had three of my daughters with us and none of them ever want to go back it was very uncalled for . She acted like it was because the product was opened already but it still had the plastic on it . Made it Really awkward and rude for no reason . But the other two employees there were wonderful and helpful . Just pray you never meet the manager !
