Bath & Body Works

The store had a great selection and the layout was set up to gain your immediate attention. Kudos to the staff and management, I am sure the military community will appreciate this store.

I went to bath and body works today. I am in visiting family since we’re stationed away and was excited to see they added this store on fort Carson. A girl named Victoria was wonderful and so nice! Her manager April came out and was SO rude instantly asking about who is on break and told the employees “you guys don’t run this show”. She then went out of her way to go to the employee on lunch in the food court. I am not sure what was said but come on? Coming from someone who used to be in management, it was very unprofessional to act that way in front of customers and make it seem like a bigger deal than it should’ve been. She instantly killed our mood and we left. I would go here again IF that manager either changes her attitude towards employees or she is fired. She also brought up I’m no

Lady asked for my ID. Informed her that it was in the car. But my son had his on him. She said she wasn't able to use his that she needed my ID. Im not buying alcohol, I'm buying candles!! Why is she so rude about it? Have never had this issue with any other associates, so I will never shop there again!! Gross attitude!

IF YOU ARE SERVICE CONNECTED, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SHOP OR EXCHANGE HERE! We were told today by the worker that as long as you can get in post you can shop and exchange here. When we wanted to exchange, it changed to you need a VA military id. When a VA card was presented, we were told it was military id only. So I asked if a service connected veteran could shop and exchange there and was told NO. So if you service connected, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
