Approximately 10-12 days ago the 3 wick crushed candy cane was $12.00 earlier in November they were 2 for $20 which I bought 2. I "was" going to hopefully buy 2 for $12.00 each! But you have ridiculously increased to $27.?? Down to 16.?? I will NOT buy at the so called saving price...what a riot!

Did am online order the day prior, actually 3 with all the good sales going on it was hard to pass up! It said our order would be available for pickup the next day around noon. So we went to pick it up around noon the next day only to find out my orders hadn't been filled at all, and the kids who were at this point lounging around the counter since there were two today people in the store (my husband and I). These two proceeded to tell us no our orders were not ready and they could not pull the orders because they had a specific person who would come in between 2/3 pm to pull the orders. So we left, later on around 4 pm I got notified that each of my orders would have 4/6 of the sale items removed because they were not available. Was looking at items when an employee basically pushes me out of the way, their response “I am trying to do my job” and the manager says for them to keep doing so. I thought retail was about making the customer feel welcomed not pushed away from items they hope to purchase. Manager who directed the rudeness is Lindsey. As a person of color you will be disrespected in this store.

Love love love it. Such wonderful products. Very helpful n knowledgeable sales associates.

The associates are always kind and helpful. We were able to purchase our products while on sale at very reasonable prices. I am pleased Bath & Body Works has been able to maintain stores in both Forsyth and Springfield.
