Shout out to Tiffany and the employee staff for helping find gifts for my friend's birthday. A lot of great options to choose from, but everyone is helpful and friendly, so I was able to find something that really resonate what my friend is. That's why I love going to this location I never become disappointed and leave with a smile on my face fully satisfied.

Well, well one of this things that happens to me, I had walked by this store so many times and see their beautiful windows displays, except oh it’s for ladies! What a total surprise I had when after looking up places to buy candles and Bath & Body Works comes up. Walking in and was greeted by a very friendly, pleasant sales person, asked what I’m looking for, immediately took me to candles section and gave me a small sales tips to select what I’m looking for. I was surprised by the beautiful displays of so many types of candles, lotions, freshness that for one minute I forgot what I was looking for, when a second sales person asked me if there is anything in particular I’m looking for? Candles and explained exactly what I’m looking except don’t know which one to pick out so many to choose

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice set of body care products for my mother's upcoming birthday. We received the help of one of the team members there named Cynthia. She was personable, helpful, she gave great recommendations, and had us feel welcome. We had a great experience and will definitely return.

I spent over $500 in items and the girls working there had the nerve to just hand me 5 tiny paper bags for more than 30 items. I asked for more bags (obviously, because how am I supposed to carry all that?) and they refused, hiding behind some made-up “policy.” What policy??? This is ridiculous. Even worse, I spend over $1,000 EVERY MONTH at this store — you’d think they’d at least treat loyal customers with basic respect. But no. They looked at my account, saw how much I spend, and STILL acted like they couldn’t care less. Honestly, it felt insulting. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how you treat your best customers, I can’t imagine how you treat everyone else. DO BETTER.

I have been a long time Bath and Body Works customer but I Don’t recommend this store unless you are okay with all the following experiences: First of all: they will give you order to wrong person. Yes, that’s happened to me. They are careless and they won’t check the order number or ID The second: they will cancel your order if there is a promotion and they will say this is a shame to you— face to face. Recently my job been crazy busy I have to work 7 days a week. I forgot to buy Halloween decor for my family. When I realized that it was all sold out online.
