Staff there are racist if you are a minority. You will be followed around in the store. You will be talked about and planned against on their walkies. When it’s time to check out, additional staff will come up to the front just to watch you purchase your items. It’s messed up for people who are innocent, yet they have to deal with the cruelty and different treatment based on the color of their skin and culture. So humiliating!

My son went here the other day with some friends and said he had the best service from Jason. He was super helpful and spent a lot of time with him showing him different men’s products. He appreciated how he took his time showing him the products and how nice and friendly he was. So thank you to Jason for having such awesome customer service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their store seems to be better organized than other BBW stores.

Big selection of candles! The deals are great and the costumer service is amazing! They informed me of the deals and asked if I needed help! The aromatherapy Candles are really soothing and great for stress. Also recommend the cucumber & Lily Candle.

Great scents and friendly staff. And who could go wrong on $9.95 candle day!
