I went there on Black Friday to buy some gift sets for my Wife and a few ladies in my family … the employee named Destiny helped me for about 30 mins. She was very knowledgeable, professional and spot on with every scent. It was really busy in there so I appreciate her for taking the time helping me and locating everything I asked for. I ended up buying 7 gift sets 😮‍💨😮‍💨. Excellent customer service!!!!

This is my 1st time coming to this bath body works I usually go to 71st continental. So I came here, the atmosphere is so nice and very welcoming. The sales associate was so sweet. I didn’t get her name. I made 3 purchases. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this store

The store is very well organized and stocked fully. They are very helpful without being in your face. Jenny helped me with my return quickly and with ease. She was very kind and eager to help me out with all my concerns. She also quickly got my online order and personally made sure everything was correct.
