Bath & Body Works

This is my local store, although small the staff is always friendly and generally knowledgeable. Case in point I visited recently and Dawn greeted me warmly told me about the new summer line of scents and then we had a pleasant conversation at the cash wrap. She reminded me I had a reward to use on my account before it expired. Love my local B&BW!

I normally don’t do this, however, I called this store today and an associate answer the phone I asked, “may I have your name, please?” The associate asked me do I have a problem I responded telling her no I just like to address people by their name and like to know who I’m speaking with. She then said that’s OK. This is the associate with Bath and body Works. How can I help you? I think this was very unprofessional. The only thing I was calling for was to ask about the items that was in the upcoming sale. I came into the store just to get her name which is Michelle. Michelle is very unprofessional. She needs a training session for Bath and body Works. It was a simple question. Just what is your name and she refused to give me her name over the phone. Simple courtesy goes a long way people

Terrible service at this store. The employee who assisted me told me they did not accept cash, which I found very strange. I had to step outside because there was no signal inside the store to transfer money to my card. I don’t like paying with Apple Pay and didn’t have another payment option with me at the time. Being the holiday season, this caused an unnecessary delay and made me fall behind. After all of this, I asked again why cash was not accepted, and that’s when she told me she personally does not take cash, but the register next to hers does. Why wasn’t I informed of this from the beginning? Why wasn’t I directed to the other register instead of being told the store doesn’t accept cash at all? Karla and Janine were beyond helpful! They helped me find exactly what I came in the store for and were both so sweet! The engire team at this location is fantastic!

Michele was a total rock star this evening! I had multiple items to exchange and she was so kind, professional and helpful! The other ladies were so friendly and helpful too! Thank you!
