Store was very clean and of course smelled amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful to us! It was Black Friday sale time so the line took just a few mins longer, but other than that I am completely satisfied with the service and overall satisfaction of our experience! The young lady that checked me out even helped me when I realized I needed 1 more item to get the sale price because I had miscounted. Very comforting to have an honest, and patient experience at the checkout!

My favorite Bath and Body Works is located at Florence Square on Mall Rd. I love this store! The staff is friendly and the store is always maintained and stocked. Alexis, the store manager was very helpful in assisting me with my online/pickup order.

Bad experience. They have a promotion that says "buy three and get one free," but below it, the same promotion says "Or buy two and get one free." However, at the checkout, they wouldn't honor the promotion. So it's a scam. I asked another employee, and she said it was the wrong promotion, even though I had just picked up my body sprays from that very display. 👎 (Florence mall rd beside Kroger)

Everything i bought was 75% off and in perfect condition. The ladies working we're excellent and helped us with any questions we had.

I love this location so much! The employees are so friendly. I was helped two days in a row by a lovely woman that was so attentive, kind and helpful! I got some wonderful deals on Mists for Easter baskets and stuff for our home. I can't wait to go back!
