Bath & Body Works

I’ve been a loyal Bath & Body Works customer for years, but after my recent experience at this location, I will never shop with the company again. I came in with about $300 worth of items to return that I had purchased online. I had all my receipts, and everything was well within the return window. The manager on duty, Jordan, told me that the return policy had “just changed” the week before and that all online returns must be issued as store credit on a gift card. This turned out to be completely untrue. Not only was I denied the refund back to my original payment method, but I was also given the lowest possible value for every item and forced onto a store-only gift card. I contacted customer service and corporate afterward, hoping they could correct the issue, but they told me nothing

We went in today and they were having a pretty good sale. Annie was super helpful and super sweet, and gave me the best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

Went in for a sale, I was able to use my 20% off coupon on top of the sale! The employees were friendly and helped me look for a sent I seen online but couldn't find in the store.

The Manager is the sweetest lady ever! The staff is so sweet love it there!

Amazing location! Staff, service, overall experience were excellent. I will return to do my holiday shopping!
