Came here 12/3 at 1:47 pm. My wife and I walked around for about five minutes looking for a scented lotion she wanted. The two employees upfront didn’t even bother to look our way - let alone ask if we needed help. When two more employees came to clock in they were ecstatic to greet them the moment they stepped through the door. You would think with the store being so small and completely empty we could have got some attention but sadly we just browsed quietly while four workers loudly talked amongst themselves upfront. Will not be returning to this location.

I arrived around 6:58 PM, just before closing time, and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and generosity of your staff. Despite the store closing at 7 PM, they graciously allowed me to shop for a brief period. I was only there for about 10 minutes, as I did not want to impose on their time, but their warm demeanor made my experience truly enjoyable. It is rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I want to commend your team for their dedication and professionalism. I genuinely love shopping at your store and appreciate the welcoming environment you foster.

I visited this location for the first time on 7/24 around 3:30 pm and it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was about to pay for a wallflower scent I might’ve not liked but the cashier helped me find one that would be perfect for my small space. I instantly loved it after I got home and tried it! Thank you!
