Wonderful place for scents. I went to pick up a gift card. Very good adventure. No extra fees for gift cards. My disappointment was they were out of Birthday gift cards. The cards are all nice. Enjoyed my visit. If you have allergies Don't go or wear 2 masks. Enjoy

Fatima and Jerrell were amazing. I stopped by to purchase fragrances for the Fall and Fatima and Jerrell were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. My shopping experience was excellent because of them.

Denzee was awesome. I was having a difficult time finding an item and I showed him a picture and he immediately turned and grabbed the item off the shelf. Exactly what I was looking for. I almost gave up if it wasn't for him. Great customer service and humble spirit.

I returned three candles within the 30-day window using my email proof of purchase with the order number, but the refund was issued as a store credit (gift card) instead of my original payment method. I explained that I did not receive a paper receipt at pickup and provided my email confirmation to the cashier, which she confirmed is standard for online in-store pickups. She stated the gift card was issued because she guessed it was due to the purchase being made online.

Everyone was so sweet and nice, kudos to cashier 3688044!💖🤩 I asked her if they had lavender body wash, and she went and got it for me.💖🤩 So sweet!💖🤩 This is how you make us customers so happy!💖🤩 THANKS!💖🤩
