Come here if you want to be TALKED TO RUDELY. Funny thing is, I asked where i can pick up an online order and they said i had to wait on the line with 20+ people. As soon as I got to the register they said oh you have to go to the cashier at the end who is doing pick ups so what it is!?? Got an online order and asked for an exchange for scent and they were horrendous saying no we can’t do that if someone said that then they were a new worker. Dismissive and not even trying to assist IN ANY TYPE WAY. Don’t go here to these horrible people. Go to the Woodbury one they’re much nicer. The fact that when i made the order online and it wouldn’t allow me to send it to Woodbury was already the first horror to this interaction

The new Bath & Body Works store is finally open, and it was worth the wait! The store is beautifully designed with a bright, welcoming layout that makes it easy to explore the wide range of products. As expected, it is well-stocked with all the signature scents and seasonal favorites. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. They made the shopping experience enjoyable, offering great recommendations and assistance without being pushy. 👍🏽

This location is the best! The staff is amazing especially Beth who helped me so much with my shopping today! Beth is an absolute sweetheart! This location is spotless! Not close to this location, just happened to be in the area but I would definitely drive the distance to come to this location

Great personable employees that work here! Such a nice change to the many other places you walk into & don’t get a greeting let alone be asked if you need assistance. Here you get a greeting & assistance. Look forward to going back for all my Bath & Body Work needs.

As soon as I walked in the door they were so warm and inviting! I went there to find a specific wallflower which unfortunately is seasonal but they gave me some good recommendations that were close which I purchased. Great management team! Definitely like this location than others nearby.
