Bath & Body Works

I loved Bath and Body Works years ago. But they keep pushing out these new scents that will never be as good as the originals, same for the candles. But I appreciate the store always being in stock.

These little girls and the manager who work at this location are extremely rude. Got loads of attitude but why though? Can’t ask them a question about the products or return/exchange items in store without them giving you a attitude. I suggest you all go to the Vallejo or Vacaville stores instead the workers are nicer and they have a way better selection of items.

Associate went above and beyond in assisting me here. I was looking for a specific candle scent. Although she seemed firmly confident in telling me that one was sold out, she quickly checked a couple cabinets around the area to be 100% sure. I kindly thanked her and proceeded to look around a little more. Naturally I assumed that would be the end of our interactions. I was slightly disappointed, but not at all with her because I truly believed she did all she was able to do in assisting me and her effort was appreciated ! But she wasn't done ! Shortly after that, she presented me with a couple different candles with similar scents to what I was looking for. We had a great experience there! We always love the Bath and Body works ( who can't use some aromatherapy in the middle of the day and the mall?!). Today, the store wasn't very crowded at all, and maybe that afforded them a bit more time, but even still, we basically had a personal shopper. Marisol was the main young woman that assisted us. She took us around the store, helped us with finding gifts for those we described, and even carried our shopping bag as we browsed. It was like being treated to a bit of peace and luxury in the midst of a very chaotic world. The store was bright and clean. Things were easy to find, and everything was sanitized between each customer! Good work Bath and Body Works! We highly recommend this store!
