Bath & Body Works

I got a gift card and ordered a 3-wick candle from Bath & Body works. A week later it got delivered damaged (see picture). Unfortunate, but not a big deal, so I reached out to Customer Care. They put in a replacement order, which then got cancelled the following day. I reached out again and the same thing happened. At this point I was pretty fed up after having spent over an hour on this stuff (chatting with the representatives etc.), but I reached out again to see if they could order a different candle - one final attempt! The person 'helping' me was very unpleasant and unclear, and basically left me hanging. Such a bummer, this was supposed to be a nice gift. Definitely the first and last time I'll be ordering from B&B!

I don't have much to say about the employees since I am shopping for the scents and sales, sometimes its awkward shopping with people staring at you but I guess that's there job, they do always ask if I need help and offer me a shopping bag and they seem pretty nice but overall I am obsessed with bath and body and the company really knows how to make the best lotions and fragrance mist 😀❤

This review isn't specifically about the store closest to me, but more of a question/concern for the company as a whole. I did try to ask the chatbots on their site, but no luck. (Kept giving 'page cannot be found' error) My question: Why do the wallflower refills stop smelling good when they're still 75% full? & NO, it's not that I've become 'nose blind' to the scent, I'm aware when that happens. I've tested it repeatedly. I'll put in a BRAND NEW refill & after just a couple days, the good smell is 90% gone & the refill starts to smell odd. I've tried switching them out, taking a break from one scent or using them in different rooms. I've even made a point to take a good whiff when I get home after being gone, thinking the long absence will help prove if it's nose blindness or not. It is

Went in for some hand sanitizer. I got a good deal on the holiday sanitizer. It smells better that the plain one that usually smells like vodka. Employee was nice.
