Bath & Body Works

I love this store!! The manager is so sweet and makes you feel like you’re friends. Her staff are really helpful too. Always a fun positive experience. Great selection of items.

My recent experience at this Bath & Body works location was perfect! They still had the Christmas scented hand soaps I came in for at a great price! The employees greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. The displays looked great and alot of great sales! The checkout line was short and quick.

Extremely frustrated by a corporate policy I just discovered, after having multiple positive in person and online/in store pickup shopping experiences over the last few years. I’d placed an online/store pickup order and was unable to pick it up in the allotted time (per my email) due to multiple unforeseen events. I called to ask them to please hold my order for 2 more days but they informed me that they couldn’t, per corporate policy, “but you have 15 hours and 20 minutes left to come in!” I was beyond shocked, and have a really bad taste in my mouth regarding the company’s customer service now.

My first time here! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It sucked I couldn’t use my angel card by looking it up with my social like you can at Victoria’s Secret. Will be back! Their concentrated room sprays are amazing!

So disappointing. There were some pre-teens (I’m guessing) doing a little scavenger hunt who politely and respectfully asked an employee for help with a certain task and very quickly some other employee descended upon them with the ultimate Karen-ness and kicked them out of the store with the threat of calling security as what they were doing was against the mall rules (not according to the posted VRC code of conduct so idk what she was quoting). So much for a core memory. Finally I get to see some nice happy kids that aren’t nose-deep in their iPads and they get punished and threatened for it. Tragic - maybe spend your time cleaning your dirty soap-covered shopping baskets instead.
